Ripples on mac mini monitor, video chip?

We have a mac mini late 2012, 16gb ram Kingston, ssd 240 GB on it, an axis, a standard disk is connected with an additional cable, there are no special loads and there weren’t, except that I can play wow for a couple of hours, manually increase the speed to 5.5 during the game, in the working time: skype, mail, coda, ubuntu in parallel, safari. Recently I caught a kernel panic, the report pointed in the direction of the video, now the image often ripples, the monitor is connected with a Chinese adapter with dvi, today after another ripple I turned it off for 2 hours, when I turn it on, there is a crossed out circle, with a clean installation of osx there are no artifacts. Attention to the question of the video chip, ssd adapter?

@coldcube

Could it be a software conflict? I reset nvram, completely installed os x, from the usual set of software, there is no flash player and trim did not turn on, the second day everything is ok. Last time, after half an hour the ripples began.
