Review of the book "HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript: A Comprehensive Guide". Is it worth the attention?
Has anyone read "HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript: The Definitive Guide (Author: Jennifer Niederst Robbins)"? https://www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/25397150/
I wonder how useful the book is for beginner layout designers and front-end developers, is it worth paying attention to reading this book? Or are there more informative and sensible tutorials?

I leafed through it, quite a sensible book, you can take it.
IMHO:
If for complete beginners (that is, beginners to study), then perhaps too detailed - you can drown in information. Therefore, I would advise it to systematize the already existing initial knowledge.
Additionally:
A good HTML/CSS reference: webref.ru (old version - htmlbook.ru).
There is also a good basic tutorial: https://webref.ru/layout/learn-html-css
The best, according to many, JS tutorial: learn.javascript.ru.
Beginners may be interested in interactive courses (htmlacademy.ru, codecademy.com).
