Returning headphones to the store

Hello, dear habrousers. The problem is this: I bought AKG K518 DJ headphones in Moscow on Gorbushka. Two days have passed and I wanted to return them. Can I do this without giving a reason, if so, on what basis? The headphones are fully working, the packaging is whole (I have never even opened it), there is a receipt and a guarantee. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I returned a couple of times, even opened ones. No questions.

If the packaging is not opened, then there should be no problems with the return. And if you have already worn them, then depending on which store you bought from, there will be problems or not. (I can’t say anything about the pink salmon - I haven’t bought anything from audio equipment there for a long time)
The bottom line is this: Headphones are classified as almost personal hygiene products. Those. just as you can’t give underwear that has been worn for two days to a store, so headphones - they were vilified for a while, which means they were in your ears or on your head (depending on the form factor of the headphones) - which means you can’t return.
But still, there are stores that initially agreed on the possibility of returning headphones within two weeks (but you have to pay extra for this opportunity). More precisely, I know only one such store - player.ru
I advise you not to despair immediately, but to go and try to exchange. If they start pestering you with questions about why you are returning - you can try to focus on the wrong sound of the headphones (even if there is no such problem) - usually sellers in such stores are not well versed in sound and this option can "ride".
But, for the future, I advise you to take headphones in stores that stipulate the possibility of returning headphones within two weeks without explaining the reasons - if you didn’t like it, they returned it. Or in stores where they let you listen to headphones before buying - for example, in DH.

If I'm not mistaken, then the consumer protection law stipulates a 2-week period for the return of goods without explanation.

I think a lot depends on the company you bought from. On Gorbushka there are many civilized, but even more - sharashka offices that can simply be sent in the expectation that you will not sue because of such a sum.

“The color of the wire does not harmonize with my sneakers” - already because of such a phrase, you should return the money (especially since the receipt and the package are intact)
