Retargeting in Yandex.Direct - how to limit the number of ad impressions to one person?

People complain that sometimes the ad is shown 5-7 times per page to one person. And so the whole day.
Something too persistent, for sure most of the potential customers are already infuriated.

There is no such possibility in Yandex.Direct. The only way to limit impressions is to those who have already visited your site or who have already made an order/conversion.
