Good afternoon,
I want to create a forum on one of the popular engines, create a basic structure, post the first materials - but the question is how to start promoting it so that the initial traffic appears? Where is it better to contact, a service company, which algorithm is best? It is clear that if a core is formed, then it will be relatively easier to develop it later, but how exactly to form this initial core? Please share your experience.
