Why aren't Adwords ads showing?

Transferred campaigns from direct to edward via teleport. For each ad, Google says "At this time, we can't determine why your ad isn't showing."

I even tried to bet 50 rubles, the ads are relevant.
What could be the reason?

There can be many reasons, of course.
First, check your display region. Isn't it too narrow?
Second, are any operators used for your keywords? Quotes, square brackets, pluses? This can significantly reduce coverage.
Third, whether the ads are approved.
Fourth, check your account balance.
Fifth, look at which networks your ads are shown on. Do you have Google search or some other option selected?
Sixth, check your strategy to see if you have a conversion job selected.
Seventh, if it's about bidding, then try switching your campaign to the automatic "Maximum clicks" strategy and assign a sufficient budget.
But in general. how long ago did you postpone the campaign? If a little time has passed, then you just need to wait a bit for activation.
