How do I appeal the suspension of my google adsense account?

Greetings! I can't figure out how to appeal my google adsense account deactivation.
This is what I see when I log into my account I

fill out the appeal form - it sends me an email

Once again I fill out the link in the letter - the same letter comes again.
So how then is it right?

No way.
Google support in 99% of cases will simply ignore you and send a robot response.
It is not profitable for them to support you: there may be money in your account that they will appropriate for themselves.
