Resuscitation of micro sdhc from write-protection?

There is silicon power micro sdhc 8 gb. My android smartphone suddenly disconnected it incorrectly (honestly admitting that the card was allegedly suddenly removed), after which all sectors of this card were marked as write-protected. The card is not formatted by standard OS tools. Not written low-level via dd etc. I went through well-known utilities for low-level formatting, like SDFormatter, a utility from HP (I don’t remember the name), HDLLF. Didn't help.
On the silicone power site there is a tool for only 1 USB flash drive model. He does not see the card - he cannot heal. Who faced, what other options are there?
By the way, this problem happened twice in 2.5 years with my Transcend JetFalsh V90C. But the recovery utility downloaded from the manufacturer's website (thank Transcend) quickly solved these problems. Unfortunately, silicone paver doesn’t have one, or I didn’t search well.

@optemist

How old is the card and where was it purchased? And so far I have not found better tools for the format - than the old Nokia 6131.
