How to access android memory?

The amount of memory on the phone is not displayed, but it is constantly not enough. There is a suspicion of virus activity at the system level, antiviruses just can't get it, Android 5.1. Phone Ginzzu ST6040, not very popular.

I worked a little with mobile operating systems. Hence the questions that may be incorrect:
1. How to get the most complete access to the main section of the phone?
2. How versatile is the Android operating system itself? Do I need to look for firmware for this specific phone model?
3. How much space should a bare system with a browser take up? Is it possible to remove hardcoded useless apps like "Youtube" which is slower than a pipe from a browser, while causing video and audio to be out of sync? Get root rights and access system partitions through file managers, and more. And also with the help of root rights, you can remove these applications, if my memory does not fail me of course. Haven't used Bucket for a long time.
