MicroSDHC falls off after every discharge of the phone, how to fix it?

Nokia 2.2, after buying SD. I format the card as internal memory. Often I can’t keep track of the phone and it turns off because it is discharged, and after each such shutdown, sd “flies”, asks to re-format itself, all the data on it flies accordingly. Problem in SD or phone?
