I want to make a program for Nokia 3310 (2017), which is new. The system is Series 30+, it seems to have its own application store and even the Opera browser. However, alas, I did not find any sane help on development anywhere. There is nothing on Nokia, Microsoft, and HMD Global Oy are also "empty".

s30 means MRE SDK which has been removed everywhere. Of course, you can find it, but to run the software / game, you need to sign what is impossible with your own hands.
