When migrating a project with a team to Bitbucket?

Tell me, when transferring a project from one Bitbucket account to another:
1. Are the entire history of the project (committes, etc.) saved? 2. Do I
need to re-create the team and add accounts working on the project to them?
3. What is the best way to painlessly transfer projects from one account to another?
4. How to limit the rights to the project to the developers in the team?

I think no one but those. Atlassian support will not answer these questions for sure. Ask them.
