How to fix Tortoise Git status icons?

Maybe someone came across.
Installed Tortoise Git, but file/folder status icons are displayed incorrectly (if there have been changes, a green bird is still displayed over the folder).
Many people have another problem: status icons are not displayed at all (a conflict with DropBox). But such troubles were not found.
I reinstalled the system again (restored from the image), installed both the new and the old version - it did not help.
It's very hard to work blindly. What to do?

Increase the icon cache

Rename all Tortoise Key Names by putting them in double quotes ( "имя_ключа"):

Кодовое имя (до)    -    Кодовое имя (после)
1TortoiseNormal    -    "1TortoiseNormal"
2TortoiseModified    -    "2TortoiseModified"
3TortoiseConflict    -    "3TortoiseConflict"
4TortoiseLocked    -    "4TortoiseLocked"
5TortoiseReadOnly    -    "5TortoiseReadOnly"
6TortoiseDeleted    -    "6TortoiseDeleted"
7TortoiseAdded    -    "7TortoiseAdded"
8TortoiseIgnored    -    "8TortoiseIgnored"
9TortoiseUnversioned    -    "9TortoiseUnversioned"

Restart Windows Explorer

• Open task manager and end all explorer.exe processes.
  
• With the Task Manager open, navigate to File > New Task .
  
• Enter explorerand press OK .
  
• If that doesn't help, just try restarting Windows.
