Restoring windows server 2012?
The domain controller has died.
I want to recover online.
I boot from the OS, I try to fill in the IP address, it gives an error. 
It looks like you entered everything correctly. This completes my recovery...

did not really understand the relationship of the domain controller and attempts to assign values to the network interface and thereby restore the CD.
it is difficult to talk about restoring a CD blindly, so try to "restore the directory" by selecting the menu via F8 at boot (as the only blind option)
