Responsibility of the hosting owner for the services of the sites hosted on it?

Welcome all!
The following situation arose: a friend is engaged in not entirely legal activities related to divination and fortune-telling. At the moment, she is advertised in Yandex Direct, where advertising for such activities is allowed, but the link leads to an account on a social network, since she does not have a website. Now she asked to make a site on a turnkey basis. I have hosting with my real passport data. The question is, am I, as the hosting owner, responsible for the services of the sites hosted on it? Is it better to register another hosting with fictitious data? Also a question about the domain: in this situation, register it for real or fictitious data? Most likely, I am paranoid, but I would like to clarify this point, maybe someone has come across a similar one. Thank you in advance!

- Everything can be
hosting owner, am I responsible for the services of the sites hosted on it?
- No.
For the services of sites, their owners are responsible, but for the services for sites , the responsibility arises from the hoster.
Also a question about the domain: in this situation, register it for real or fictitious data?
- real data. Otherwise, further difficulties may arise.
Recommendation :
Make a domain and hosting familiar to her name, and even if you have paranoia, you will already sleep peacefully regarding this issue.
