Why can't you just post the same drawing in nft?

It is clear that at auctions people buy the nft of the right author, but why can't another person just auction an nft with the same drawing and sell it?

If it's simple, then in general we can make many identical tickets (pictures).
BUT different tickets will have different serial numbers.
The serial number is issued by the blockchain and is unique.
Well, in the case of NFT, there will also be a unique picture. Strictly speaking, it does not matter what is drawn (which is what we observe). It is important that THIS "something" has a unique "serial" number.
That is, the NFT has a unique image file and a unique code (object NFT) in the blockchain.
Therefore, it is possible to make thousands of objects identical in appearance BUT this will be guaranteed (by the blockchain) OTHER objects and what is important, this can be easily established by means of blocking.

Because you can draw a picture of a vangog the same, but it won't cost much

There are no technical restrictions on this - they can and do.
Purely theoretically, this can be resolved through copyright. But how do you find in the real world the person who copied your picture and re-posted it?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
