How to register a domain in the .com zone for a legal entity?

How to register a domain in the .com zone specifically for a legal entity? For example, in reg.ru, in the contact details, it is possible to select an individual and a legal entity, where you can specify the details of the company, etc. I'm trying to register a .com domain in godaddy - there is no such function. There is just a field indicating the company. The question is, how can I legally link a domain name to my company. Let's say another person creates their own account and enters our company in the "company" field. Will the domain be associated with our company in this case or not. I don't understand anything about legal. affairs, so the question may seem strange. In general, I would like to know if there are any legal aspects in this matter and is it worth bothering with this at all?

Legal binding is your contract with the registrar. Under this agreement, it is not the right to own the domain that is granted, but the right to administer the domain under certain conditions and for a certain period (with prolongation). If you want to legally bind a name to yourself, then you need to register a trademark, and in the case of .com, not only (and not so much) in Russia.
Registration data published in whois is not validated in any way for .com domains. If someone wrongfully entered your data, you can file a complaint with the registrar and demand that the domain registration be canceled or transferred to you.
