Good afternoon,
You need to pay off a freelancer, and he (like many others) prefers WebMoney. It’s not a question, I registered, sent them a scan of my passport, I’m waiting for an approval, but for now I’m sorting through the options for replenishing my account, but point-blank I don’t see an acceptable option for myself. Bank transfer - only Russian and Ukrainian banks, credit card - only Russian and Ukrainian banks, and so on and so forth.
There is an account in a Canadian bank, a Canadian credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal. How can I top up a dollar WM account with the least loss? Those exchangers that I found want some wild 14% of the amount for the PayPal -> WMZ transfer.

What country do you ship from? There are many terminals in Ukraine/Russia with WebMoney replenishment by wallet number, and you don’t even need to register, the recipient will receive your transfer directly, saving on interest for transfers between wallets.

Damn, did this really happen?! Of course, the method is still a curve, but:
Buy bitcoin on any of 100500 exchanges and sell on btc-e.com (1-2 days but the final losses will be high ~ 7% -8%) or metabank.ru (maybe it's a long time, ~1-2 weeks, but the commission will be less ~6%).
