Why is it impossible to receive paypal payment in Ukraine?

Hello,
When trying to connect paypal to IM, I encountered a problem of the following nature - "At the moment, PayPal accounts in Ukraine can only be used to send payments. This recipient is not entitled to receive funds." Does anyone have any thread on this? What should I do if I need to pay through PayPal?

This is a limitation of PayPal itself and it is observed not only in the case of Ukraine, but also in other countries where PayPal support is still incomplete. There is no way around this. You can register an account by selecting another country (for example, Romania), but after some time you will need to confirm your data, after which the account will be blocked.
If you register an account in another country, then until the data is confirmed, you will have a limit on receiving funds of 2700 euros per year. If the amounts are considerable initially (for example, 1000-1500 per transaction), then data confirmation may be requested even earlier.

As far as I know, PayPal refuses to work with Payoneer already. I wrote a similar (similar) topic. Ultimately, I found a company that helped open my merchant in the USA. If anyone finds it useful here is the link
