Crushed by negligence LCD on RB2011. By googling, I found out that GV018-16009B is installed there. Here is the company's website . At the same time, it is not available on ebay / ali sites. Yes, and Google itself knows about it exactly on the company's website and a couple of topics on finding datasheets for it.

I wrote to local suppliers - they do not have spare parts.

Can anyone suggest an alternative, with the same cable, so that you can replace it? Or a place to get it?

To replace it, you need to at least match the resolution and the screen controller,
that is, search for the phrase ST7735 128x160, judging by Google, this is a fairly typical screen.
It is not clear what is there about the train, are there detailed pictures? It is possible that they took a typical screen and attached a long cable to it.
