The assembled computer does not see the monitor, what should I do?

Hello, we have assembled a PC. We installed all the components, connected the wires, turned them on. Everything glows, burns and spins! But when the display port is connected to the video card and to the monitor, nothing happens. The monitor sees that it is connected, but writes "move the mouse or press any key." They began to connect the periphery, the keyboard does not light up, but if you insert a USB flash drive, then a light will light up on it, and then it will go out. I don't even know what to do. A friend took the vidyuhi, connected it at home via dvi and everything is fine. works. But I don't have a dvi input on my monitor:( Questions: 1. What should I do to make the keyboard work? 2. Is there a problem with the motherboard? 3. Is there a problem with the video card? 4. What do you recommend checking? processor?
On some forums I read that you need to switch something in the BIOS so that dp works. I will hope for your help!
My system 1. Video card - inno3d ichill gtx 1060. 2. Motherboard - asrock b150m pro4s. 3. CPU i5-6600 4. Cooler - thermalright macho 120 sbm
5. Op - hyperx 2*8

But my monitor has no dvi input

Is there a TV in the house with an HDMI input?
First connect your computer without vidyuhi to a TV or monitor via HDMI

What kind of power supply do you have, what power? Maybe he does not pull the video.

It may turn out that you need to connect the monitor to the built-in video card, adjust the BIOS so that the next time you take an external video card, connect it to the external one - and go!
I had just that (although in those days the built-in video cards were soldered on the motherboard, and not in the processor).
Your motherboard is DVI-, Dual Link - so the monitor (or replacement TV) will have to be connected via DVI or HDMI. VGA does not roll.
And with me - I then gave my VGA cable to someone, I had to "shoot".
