Will the Intel Core i5-6500 processor work on the motherboard with the same current socket, the memory type will not be DDR3L but just DDR3?
Good day everyone, I recently decided to look for new hardware to upgrade my computer. I found a new Intel Core i5-6500 LGA 1151 processor and a motherboard with the same socket for it. But I ran into such a problem that the processor supports the DDR3L / DDR4 memory type, and current motherboards for DDR3 are suitable. I live in a small town where there are no such motherboards at all, even in the DNS that would support DDR3L, and ordering an expensive current motherboard from a neighboring city will cost at least 10,000, and this damn memory with an L index is in our store, the price is from 4500 for 8GB. At the very 14 GB of DDR3 RAM (2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB), I would not want to say goodbye to them. So I would like to know if the processor will work on the motherboard with the same current socket, the memory type will not be DDR3L, but simply DDR3. Thanks in advance for your reply.

It will, but this is an emergency mode, if you increase the voltage on the memory, the controller will burn out. I would still recommend taking DDR3L, since it is not desirable to go beyond the voltage ratings.
