Replaced the processor, now the system "bsodit". Any suggestions?

I decided to extend the life of socket 1150, ordered e3-1240 v3 with ali (similar to i7 4790), the processor received, in appearance, the whole thing, only traces on the metal from the clamps. I installed the cpu without reinstalling windows, everything worked, the day worked perfectly. I think everything is fine, I press "Confirm delivery". After another day, the first bsod, I think mb due to the fact that windows did not cleanly install. I put win10 clean, it starts up, but after a while another bsod, after several restarts, the computer stopped loading at all, the bios stopped going through POST, the speaker didn’t emit a single beep, but only a barely audible beep per second (I didn’t find out what it is in Google) . The last bios, found a beta on the site, flashed it, the computer started up and again for a short time, bsod and again the impossibility of passing POST, reinstalling the RAM sticks in other slots give the result, The system boots, but again not for long. In general, there are 7 more days of the opportunity to open a dispute, MB will be able to find a solution.

Mat. board: Gigabyte ga-h97m-d3h rev_1.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 1600 Mhz
Bios: F8b

UPD. I forgot to mention that dumps are not written, after a bsod, windows immediately goes into reboot. memory.dmp not found.

If Windows started up once, then it's not about it. You have a messed up cp. Or how do you imagine it? Windows like this works, works and "hoba, even this percent does not suit me, return the old one"

Try to run not Windows but linux, just torture the piece of iron in the console, look at the conclusions in the first one, critical errors are written there, there is a chance that you will get more information
. 'sleep' (when the coolers are turned off) but this is not a high fee in your case
pps in addition to the processor temperature, there is a south bridge server, run openhardwaremonitor and set up logging somewhere in the network share, to ensure that the file is not damaged.
Another infa - the strangest glitches are usually created by the power supply, and accordingly - problems with the power chips on the motherboard, look on the Internet where to look for them on your motherboard, if there are not solid capacitors, then see if they are swollen.
