How to create an image of Windows 10 with pre-installed software and automatic installation?

Good afternoon, I read various options for creating an unattended installation image, and I got confused which one is actually more correct

. The task is to create an ISO image with Windows 10, which
1) had certain software installed, certain settings were enabled, unnecessary components were disabled, etc .P. (i.e. some base image to be installed on computers in the corporate LAN)
2) installed automatically, i.e. the administrator simply inserts the USB flash drive / disk into the computer, reboots the machine and the installer starts, which does not ask anything and installs completely by itself - as a result, an administrator user is created at the end with a specific password, an automatic login occurs - and the administrator just needs to change the name of the machine and turn it on domain. And the rest will be done by group policies

. Regarding automatic installation, creating partitions, user, password, etc. the ADK combination seems to work fine for this. Those. the base ISO of the operating system is taken - the WIM file is taken, the answer file is prepared and, roughly speaking, everything is packed back to the ISO. As a result, I have an image, loading from which I observe a fully automatic installation according to my settings and the answer file.
But here's just how to now still make certain settings in the OS itself, i.e. install a certain package of standard software for the workplace, disable unnecessary components and make minimal system settings.

We do everything that is needed on a virtual machine 1 time
We remove an image for example clonezilla We
write clonezilla to a flash drive, add scripts to autorun restore the image from the second partition of the flash drive and autoreboot at the end.
That
's all We distribute the "reference" image across the regions, the incoming system administrators usually roll (the current image of the clonezilla system is taken from the cloud)
