Clip with a vector lasso, make a shadow gradient and change the background =)
I have a good day today - so keep the file, I've done everything for you)
Layout in Photoshop >
As for me, the picture is so simple that it's easier to redraw it yourself - the quality will be much better in the end. Well, or if you don't care, use a magic wand to select the background, delete it and clean up the edges, after that make the background and shadow of the desired colors. It is precisely because of the edges that it may not be possible to normally replace the color with Replace Color in Image->Adjustments - you will have to work with the edges separately. Well, the arrow will also need to be subtracted from the overall selection so that it doesn’t change color along with the background .... in general, it’s easier to redraw it either in a vector, or with shapes in Photoshop.
