How to correctly transform an image into png and leave only the outlines for dynamic filling on the site?

There is a picture / photo of the device. The site will be able to repaint it completely or in parts.
Roughly speaking, only the contours should be left from the image, removing (making transparent) everything superfluous.
Images, as a rule, are from the network and are not always of perfect quality, so the contours are blurred and it turns out too clumsily on your own.
