Repair circuit power laptop Maxdata M-book 1200T??
Good day!!!
And I got a problem.
I have an old laptop :Maxdata M-book 1200T??
When turned on, the button does not react at all (with and without a battery)
The power supply is working, it gives out a nominal voltage of 19V,
when connected to a laptop, it starts to pulsate, a sound is heard, and the indicator flashes,
took a multimeter, poked at the output of the power connector (three pins on the board), and there is a chatter from 0 to 2 V in total (naturally between "+" and GND). I can’t estimate the current consumption, the source is cold. Accordingly, when the power is connected, the laptop does not turn on, the power LED does not light up. The laptop is silent. The source works fine. The resistance between the positive leg of the power socket and the ground is 5.2Kom
Who can advise what?

The first is to understand the problem in the power supply or laptop (power short circuit).
Either the connection of a laboratory (or known to be good) power supply is checked, or you can load the existing power supply with a suitable load.
Further, according to the results, either change the electrolytes in the power supply or look for short circuits in the laptop.
