Remote web studio, really?

Is it possible to organize a web studio remotely?
CMS programmers, designers, copywriters, content managers - such a staff is necessary.
On what scale is this realistic/unrealistic?
ps Tinkoff exists (bank) and nothing lives like that.

Ps In the bank, specialists do not work remotely, but very much even in the office. Only for clients it is far off.

Normal boys register an LLC and open an office in a more or less large city.
The main backbone sits in the office, the rest are in the wings, both coming a couple of times a week, and completely remote.
