Remote higher education at the Riga University - the Institute of Transport and Communications, is it good?

Gentlemen, I can’t find any good information on this university www.tsi.lv on the Russian Internet . I looked at the curriculum, it suits me, but I would like to know how they teach? Does it make sense to go there? Is a degree valuable? But most importantly, what is the quality and relevance of this distance education? Maybe there are students of this university here, I can’t find them anywhere.

Forget about higher education and go to work - you won’t lose the best years of your life for cramming outdated information according to prehistoric manuals. The education system in its present form has exhausted itself.
