There are 2 routers, one receives an Internet and it also distributes a waffle and throws utp to the hospital. A second router is also connected to it. How to remotely connect to the second router? Ddns is not of particular interest.

If I understand the question correctly, and the task is to connect from the Internet - on router 1 (which looks at the Internet), forward the port to the second router (for example, ХХХ.ХХХ.ХХХ.ХХХ:81 >> 192.168.0.101:80). On the second, turn off DHCP accordingly, so that it does not escape by accident.
All. By typing an external address, connect to the first one, and by specifying an additional port - to the second one.
