Remote assistance for Ubuntu?

Given - a computer with Ububntu behind NAT, a very novice user next to it, who can launch a browser under the guidance of a phone, type in the desired URL and click "yep" a couple of times.
You need to go to this computer via VNC / RDP / Teamvewer / whatever else and make the settings.
What are the ways?
UPDATE: There was a Timviewer on that computer, but it jammed and because of this a new one is not put on top of it, at least without my remote access to the computer and thoughtful picking. Therefore, what other options are there besides the lame Timviewer?
Here , for help, a novice user is expected to type commands in the terminal and then configure port forwarding . I want to ask guys, are you serious, right?

and what's the problem?
I recently "on the phone" threw the drivers on the network card, then mounted the USB flash drive through the console, and collected the driver from the sources.
And all by the hands of a person who has never worked with Linux at all. nothing was done, and the network was repaired on the ubuntu server.
To the one who is at the other end of the wire, drive one fig into the command console or into the address bar.
The main thing is to clearly explain everything. At the exit, he still does not understand what he is doing.

Such as option . At one time I remember I used it several times under bubunta, it looked bad, but it worked fine.

1) Set up vnc in advance on the target machine, forward the port. The user will have to open the browser and drive in 2ip.ru to say the address.
2) The point above, but do not with vnc, but with ssh because the security.
3) Make a script that will open the port, start vnc, forward the port, find out the ip and beacon you in telegram \ soap. Have the user on the PC make a shortcut to this script.
4) Use chrome\firelis with a plugin like "Chrome Remote Desktop". The user will only need to launch the browser and dictate the code.
PS: giving a user, especially a "very beginner", a root password is fraught with a trip and constant hemorrhoids.
