Good afternoon
Can you suggest a case for a microserver similar in terms of convenience to the HP MicroServer Gen8 chassis?
General requirements: compact, easy access to any components, divided into compartments, ILO is not necessary.

you will hardly find a case of such geometry with a basket. this one is made specifically by HP for this model. The most similar you can find are cases for home media centers, but the screw mount there will have to be adapted.
iLo has nothing to do with cases, it's a "feature" of HP and has something to do with motherboards.
