What do these MemTest86 results say?

Hey!
Tested MemTest86 V7.3 Free (64-bit) .
It seems that there are some errors in the memory (2 8GB sticks are installed):

Memory Range Tested 0x0 - 41F000000 (16880MB)
Lowest Error Address 0x241A3D470 (9242MB)
Highest Error Address 0x243A3DBD0 (9274MB)
Last 10 Errors [Data Error] Test: 7, CPU: 2, Address: 243A3D230, Expected: 00100000
, Actual0: 000
Data Error] Test: 6, CPU: 2, Address: 243A3D710, Expected: FFFBFFFF, Actual: FFEBFFFF
[Data Error] Test: 6, CPU: 2, Address: 241A3D730, Expected: FFFBFFFF, Actual: FFEBFFFF
...

Question 1:
Do I understand correctly that, judging by the results, there are problems in one of the plates?
Namely - a broken section of 32MB in size (from 9242MB to 9274MB).
In this section, the data is written/read incorrectly.
Question 2:
Do operating systems (Windows/Ubuntu) handle this situation somehow? Or maybe you need to install some kind of program, which, when loaded, will immediately reserve this broken section, and thus other programs will not be able to use it?
Question 3:
Am I panicking for nothing? In Google, I found a topic where the dude writes that there are errors in any memory. If so, then again question 2: How do operating systems handle this?
Thank you!
