Reinstalling Ubuntu on Windows?

I welcome everyone. I have ubuntu 16.10 LTS. She makes me wildly tired and buggy. That's not the point, I wanted to reinstall it on Windows 7, but then it came out complete crap. I tried to format it in NTFS, throw it in the system and set the boot flag, I reboot stupidly black screen and the dash flashes. I tried many ways, but none of them helped. I ask you for help. There is no live-CD and no bootable flash drive either.

It is impossible to answer your question:
1) It is not clear what the disk layout was when Ubuntu was installed and working
2) It is not clear what the disk layout became after your manipulations
3) It is not clear what exactly and where you threw
it 4) It is not clear which methods and what exactly have you tried
5) Without a Live CD or a bootable Windows flash drive, you won't install Windows if neither Linux nor Windows is booting right now
6) Without a Live CD or a bootable Linux flash drive, you won't bring Linux back to life if you've already beaten Linux and it doesn't load

Well, if there is no bootable flash drive, then you need to do it.

I wrote a discussion in my group on this topic. Here's a working way to burn a flash drive on a debian-like system.
