Why does the computer wake up on its own?

After reinstalling Windows, the computer refused to enter sleep mode and began to exit it almost instantly. Before installing in the BIOS, I did not dig. What I found in Google about disabling the ability for devices to wake up the computer and about the BIOS did not help.

I remember using powercfg / LASTWAKE to determine the device and disable the ability to wake up through it in its properties in the device manager
