How to organize automatic copying of files over a local network from a Windows machine to a Linux/Windows machine?
There is a computer (1) in LAN with a lot of necessary data and a seventh one visible on board, whose HDD I would like to completely format completely, and transfer the data from it to another machine (2) with Ubuntu and Win 8.1 on board and a large amount of space on the HDD.
The priority task is to transfer all user data over the network to a computer (2) in a separate folder.
It is also advisable to sort the received data by category folders (Documents, Images, Videos, Music) while maintaining the hierarchy (if on the computer 1 vidos was in the C:\Work\xxxd folder, then after manipulations it should appear in the resultsortсopy\c\Work\xxxd folder )
How can you implement, if not the second, then at least the first?

What does automatic mean? Pressed Ctrl+C, went to the target machine over the network, pressed Ctrl+V.
What is the question? Three paragraphs and nothing is clear.
For proper copying of Win7 there is a special built-in transfer tool called migwiz. Works great. You can also make the transfer a built-in archiving tool.
Everything is easier on Linux. Just copy profile folders, create users with the same SIDs, and so on.
