Blue screen. ultrabook. Windows 8.1?
I have a problem. "Ultrabook" Samsung series 5 ultra, after upgrading from preinstalled windows 8 to 8.1, does not work. The Samsung logo appears, after the Windows logo and loading. The "circle" of the download does not appear until the end, when it appears, for a couple of seconds, then a sad blue screen emoticon appears without scrolling. I tried to enter bios, tried to boot through safe mode, but when I press the "F" keys, nothing happens, the download just continues. Tried in combination with fn, ctrl. Tried delete, esc. Nothing works ... I tried it repeatedly :(
the laptop is not mine, but I will be very happy if you help

Well, I think from this message you can understand what kind of problem =) Have you tried Google?
I can suggest doing a rollback, but you need to carefully look for the keys through which you can boot from third-party media. By the way, how do you try to play around with the keys that turn on the led indicators - if they don’t turn on, hook the usb keyboard and try to boot into bios with it, etc.
When you enter bios, switch the mode from uefi bios to legacy bios (if the names are different, guess the meaning), only then you can boot from other media, then do not forget to return it back. If there are problems with restoring to factory settings, there are a couple of articles on Habré.
Safe mode ... in windows 8 and later ... off =). It must be turned on by handles even when the system was alive. Read for example tut http://windowstips.ru/notes/6515
Sorry, just seeing this error was very difficult! I filmed it on camera))
