Recruiting agency with vacancies in the USA?

Good afternoon,
Recently there was an idea to try to find a job in the USA (possibly other countries) in the direction of development for OS X or iOS (OS X - 7 years, iOS since the release of the first Toolchain). But I want to do it through a recruiting agency, so that there is a choice of vacancies and you can ask the recruiter about the job. I myself am in Kyiv, I couldn’t find anything like that - all such agencies offer to work as nannies and don’t understand who yet.
Has anyone dealt with such agencies? How to search while in Ukraine?
