How can a future student get into the office as a programmer?
Now I am in my senior year, after graduation I will leave to study in the capital (Kyiv, Ukraine).
I know basic HTML, CSS and learn JS, PHP.
How to get a job in an office almost immediately?
Why do I want almost immediately and why an office?
1. For life, I will need to find a full-time job, or at least a side job.
2. I want to get into the office for "fast" development. There will definitely be colleagues older than you in whom you can ask for advice, plus in a smarter society you definitely develop faster. Also in some companies you are assigned to a "senior" who monitors your development .
What should I do?
Now I have time for "preparation", that's why I'm asking you.
Should I just learn HTML, CSS, JS and PHP from books, courses and sometimes do projects for myself or is it better to devote more time to practice? Maybe then it's better to go freelancing for experience, because there are "real" projects, plus I will earn some money.
Is it important for employers how you studied at school, at what university now and at what course)?
What to do?
The only thing I know is that I need to have a portfolio and some connections.

First you need to learn how to search and analyze information. Firstly, you still cannot become a programmer without it. Secondly, without this skill, they will quickly be fired from the office, even if they are hired. Thirdly, you could find hundreds of other similar questions on the Toaster that already have answers.
Perhaps then it is better to go freelancing to gain experience, because there are "real" projects
You just need to write to different companies and ask for an internship. Try to take on some assignments. In parallel, studying what will be needed in this office. Those. if there is a stack of Angular, ngxs, rxjs - you learn all this. And when you know at a sufficient level, they will take you.
Or just look for a studio to get a layout designer.
