Hello. I'm 16, I'm in the 10th grade and have been fond of programming for 2 years now.
For a year I was engaged in the web, with a bias in the frontend, and for the last year I have been studying C ++
from books, Google and YouTube.
But wherever I go and call, as soon as they find out that there are 16 people, they just hang up.
Question: Is it even possible for a teenager to find a job in IT?

Write an article: "How to learn programming while studying at school" , for example, on vc.ru, what you did, what problems you encountered ...
Attract attention, discussion, and possibly the attention of employers.
Just write less of your emotions and opinions with conclusions - they differ by age / social groups and can be rejected.

With employment in the state (we are talking about a normal company, and not about a booth on the Mitinsky RR) - definitely not.
Firstly, there is no experience from the word "absolutely". But a lot of prejudice.
Secondly, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, it is impossible to conclude an agreement with a minor in combination (Article 282).
Thirdly, there is very high competition among applicants; employers have a choice.
So only freelancing, IMHO.
