Career development plan (testing)?

Hello! I have a secondary (programmer) and higher education (engineer). Age under 30. Large city. There is a family to feed.
Total from knowledge:
Various kinds of mathematics
Theory of algorithms
Fundamentals of Python
Operating systems
Html + css
Simple queries in the database
Vector design (not for sites)
English is bad
Most of all it turned out from studying mat logic, html + css
It worked, but I didn’t like working with the command line. The programming itself came with a creak and due to perseverance.
I need a job in a large company with voluntary medical insurance, a white salary, with the start of the working day at 9-10 in the morning with the possibility of growth, ideally I would like to grow not in writing code, but to become, for example, a business analyst.
I didn’t like the specialties of sys admin (no growth), 1c (no desire to understand accounting), front-end development
My thoughts at the moment:
1) go work as a tester, work for a year or two, 2) learn English and to pull up programming to go into test automation.
3 get a job in test automation
4 go into business analytics
Experienced people, tell me if everything is taken into account in my plan, because it was written on the basis of forums and vacancies on xx.ru. I would love to hear corrections based on real work experience.
