Recommend a router and switches for a 150-seat office

There is a corporate call-center for 120 jobs.

User place - nettop with ethernet 100 megabit port.
All in blocks of 24 cabins. That is, 5 cabinets in blocks of 24 booths.

WAN 2x100 megabits, two cables, different providers What

you need: a router where you can plug 2 vans, and then apparently dilute into 5 hubs of 24 ports, or 10 to 12 or something else.

I ask for advice on what equipment to use so that everything works without jambs.
Preferably at an adequate price, but I don’t want to take very cheap bullshit.
Thanks a lot.

As switches, I look towards market.yandex.ru/model-spec.xml?modelid=6022361&hid=91088

I suggest HP V1910-24G as switches (I use HP V1910-48G en masse).
At the expense of the router and Mikrotik, there is a nuance here. If this is an enterprise, then you need to somehow make fault tolerance. Mikrotik, as far as I know, does not know how to make a stack. On the other hand, you can buy two CCR1016-12G (RB1100AHx2 is enough for a call center), set up the same and keep the second, or better the third, in spare parts (spare parts, tools and accessories).

Plus for mikrotiki, most clients use them.
For 150 people with 2xwan and balancing, the RouterBOARD 1100AHx2 does a great job. Before that, there was 450GL for 80 people, the CPU load was about 80%

I do not recommend D-Link, rare crap. Glitchy, sag under heavy loads. better take HP. For example this one . For your tasks more than. In the kernel, you can put something like this .
The router can be selected by this plate. ISR G2 2921 should suit you. Even with a basic license, it will cover all typical tasks with a margin, while reliability is at a very good level. You can install 2 routers and set up full automatic failover, even with saving sessions. And if you take a service contract, it will be a fairy tale in general :)
PS: I strongly do not recommend doing interswitch switching by ports on the router. It is not designed for this, squander it and the entire network will start to slow down.

The switch is good, but on the router - it's interesting to know what you want from it?

As a router, I recommend Mikrotik mikrotik.ru/katalog/katalog/marshrutizatory/marshrutizatory/routerboard-1100ahx2
For switches, there are no better ciscos. Even a used version will work reliably and stably.

Access - DES-3028. Just one per room. 5 pieces + 1 reserve.
Formally, they have long ceased to be produced, but they are still being sold.
Even if they offer newer and more productive DES-3200, it's better to choose 3028.
In the core - Mikrotik RB / 1100AHx2 or CCR / 1016-12G. RB / 2011UAS is suitable for the reserve.
Mikrotik.rf/katalog/oborudovanie-mikrotik-marshrutizatory/
Total meet 70-75t.r.
If you want to meet 40t.r. - then DES-1210-28 / ME for access and a pair of RB / 2011UAS to the core.

Cisco 1900 router (Microtic is also possible, take what you know how to cook better).
Qtech switches, qsw-2800 for example.
