How do you measure internet connection speed?

I will explain my question: I measure the speed on speedtest.net and on 2ip.ru - the values are radically different, who to believe. Maybe there are some other worthwhile resources for determining speed. Thank you.

The difference may be in the geographical location of the testing servers.
speedtest.net takes the nearest one, 2ip xs which one.
You can try some other types of Yandex , etc. and compare by choosing the average value.
PS I checked my Internet; Yandex showed that in general everything is bad, speedtest and 2ip showed almost the same.
