Can you tell me what are the "secondary codes" in information networks and telecommunications? when encoding messages.
I can not understand this some kind of abstract concept, or is it something specific?

In our organization, secondary code means something like “a description of some algorithm in a way that is understandable to the normal ear.” For example, in database development - SQL code is the primary code, and the UML diagram is the secondary code.
