Rebinding mail from distribution group to user?

Hello everyone, since I'm not a smesharik yet, I would like to ask such a question.
I have a distribution group in ad to which the exchange mailbox is attached, I need to bind this mailbox to a new user. What is the best way to do this?

EMNIP, the distribution group does not have a separate box, only an address.
It means to delete the group or change its mailing address, give the released address to the user.

Add to mailing list, add rights to send mail on behalf of the mailing list.
