How to disable an account when moving it to a specific OU?

Good time of the day. I did not work with GPO often, so the question arose: how to block a user when he moves to a specific OU? In the presence of AD DC 2012 and several OUs: Lawyers and Blocked.
There are n-users in OU Lawyers. For example, Ivanova Maria V. was dismissed of her own free will. it is necessary to block her account by moving it to UO Blocked. Thanks in advance for your replies

You can do the opposite. First block, then transfer. But in principle, there is a possibility, here people are discussing:

@Franciz

Right-click on the user "Disable", then drag the mouse to the desired OU.
PS You create problems for yourself.
