How to set up replication between domain controllers?

Hello.
There is a central office where the domain controller on Windows Server is installed. There are also branches in other cities where domain controllers are also installed. The network between the central office and the branch is via VPN. There is no VPN between branches.
On branch CDs, the following errors occur:
"The DFS Replication service could not establish a connection with partner %DNS_NAME_DC% in the Domain System Volume replication group. The cause of this error may be an unreachable host or not running the DFS Replication service on the server.
Partner DNS address: %DNS_NAME_DC%
event 5008"
This error is relevant both in AD Domain Services and File Services.
How can I set up replication so that the branch CDs do not look for each other, but replicate, only with the main-central CD?
