How to solve a problem with Group Policy?

When I apply group policy on the user's computer, gpresult writes the following error:
b69a55cc7e7543a9aa1e192c84932219.png
I opened the HdxFlash-Client.adml file at the specified path and saw that there really are errors. Incorrect values in the ID attribute:
6ac9c4c289224418a4d12fa174b1488f.png
It seems that it was either clumsily translated, or something else ... I tried to edit the file, it says that access is denied.
How is such a problem solved? Because of this error, the rest of the GPO rules are not applied. Help, please, to understand. Maybe somehow it is possible to ignore the rule? Of all the GPOs, this rule is not used anywhere.
