React native + Expo on Windows 7 - which emulators to use for Android and IOS testing?

Hello.
Yesterday, on a laptop under Windows 7 with the latest Node.js, I installed RN + Expo according to the instructions from offsite, I wanted to immediately test "Hello world")), but after two hours of torment, it turned out that npm start android with connecting the tablet via USB will not work, because on Android 4.2 tablet and the minimum need is the 5th one, and I couldn’t connect my iPhone under IOS 12 either via USB or via a QR code (it says that “the code was found but there is no valid data in it”). Does not send a link by mail either (can you set up what you need?)
What should I do?
1. Please advise how can I connect an iPhone for testing? This would probably be optimal.
2. In theory, you can buy some kind of device with a new android, but this is such a solution (I don’t need it by itself now).
3. Emulator - Xcode is not installed on Windows 7, or is installed - but hacked, and I'm afraid to download hacked - suddenly with a virus or something else, but raising IOS on VirtualBox is also the same - an emulator on an emulator))) besides there it will be necessary to set up network forwarding - I think I’ll do it in real time :( I’m not familiar with IOS as an admin at all.
In general, please advise or how to connect an iPhone? Or how to set up an emulator?
Only if the emulator - which one you use yourself - is reliable. Otherwise I myself know how to google ... I
also need an android emulator in theory - I need to run hello world for Expo at least on something))
Thank you !!

@procode

So far I have found this:
https://docs.expo.io/versions/latest/workflow/andr... (Android studio with emulator)
But I still want to test under IOS.
/*************** for iOS *********************/
Found a solution (it turned out to be very banal):
1 On the iPhone, I went to the App Store and scored in the search for "expo react"
2. The first program client for Expo
3 fell out. I registered on the Expo site and logged into this program.
4. I scanned the QR code on the laptop screen with an iPhone and my Helloworld downloaded and launched on an iPhone !!)))
cheers!! thanks to all!
