How to reduce the size of userdata-qemu.img (android sdk) without losing data?

I noticed that userdata-qemu.img grew first to 300 megabytes, then to 800 megabytes. On one of the virtual machines, this file has grown to 2 gigabytes - that machine no longer starts, I guess that the matter is in this file, it shook it in gigabytes in a standard browser.
Maybe this file can somehow be reduced permanently without losing data? Simply, I think, the virtual smartphone did not load due to the increase in the file, I'm afraid, no matter how it happens again.
